2. SCOPE These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the BuildbyPiece online store by any customer (consumer or professional) located in France or internationally.

3. PRODUCTS All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product. BuildbyPiece reserves the right to modify its product catalogue at any time.

4. PRICING All prices are displayed in the currency of your region and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. BuildbyPiece reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

5. ORDER PROCESS An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. BuildbyPiece reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issue, or suspected fraud.

6. PAYMENT Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit/debit cards and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times:

• Europe, UK, USA: 10–14 business days
• International: 15–25 business days

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at buildbypiece@contact.com.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Full details in our [Refund Policy].

10. WARRANTIES Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

11. LIABILITY BuildbyPiece cannot be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, carrier delays, customs). Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction. EU customers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
